For recruiters and hiring teams, it generates job descriptions, screens and scores resumes against a role, matches candidates, and runs AI interviews, so the shortlist is ready before a human spends time on it.
Built for agents too
The platform is designed to be read and used by AI agents as well as people. Every public job has a Markdown version, the site publishes an llms.txt index, and there is a full Agent API and MCP server for programmatic access, documented at docs.talentreview.ai.
