We are looking for a skilled Development Engineer – Service Impact Analysis (SIA) to develop applications and services that analyze the impact of network faults, alarms, and service disruptions on network elements, customers, and business services.
The candidate will develop solutions that correlate network events with topology, service inventory, dependency relationships, and performance KPIs to identify affected services and support faster incident resolution. The ideal candidate will have strong software development skills, data processing expertise, and an understanding of telecom networks, fault management, and service assurance.
