• Role Description The Finance Associat/Manager role at Resollect is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting. The Finance Manager will monitor revenue and cost drivers related to recovery, repossession, and auction activities, ensuring accurate accounting and timely reconciliations. The role involves analyzing financial data to support decision-making, implementing controls to safeguard assets, and ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations. The Finance Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams and leadership to optimize financial performance and support strategic growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Candidates should possess skills in financial analysis, reporting, and interpretation of key performance indicators.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of accounting principles, financial controls, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Candidates should possess skills in cash flow management, working capital optimization, and cost control.
• Candidates should possess proficiency in financial software and advanced spreadsheet skills (e.g., Excel or similar tools).
• Candidates should possess strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Candidates should possess effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; professional certifications (CA, CMA, CPA, or equivalent) are an advantage.
• Experience in asset recovery, financial services, or related industries is beneficial.
