About This Role
DRE are currently looking for a driven and dedicated Commercial Sales Manager to oversee the Commercial property sales department. The ideal candidate will have 5 years + experience in real estate with a strong emphasis and proven record in selling commercial properties The organisation is currently going through a complete rebrand and this role will report directly to the Managing Director, helping to shape and structure the Commercial Sales department. The candidate should have a proven leadership background while showcasing the ability to motivate and manage a team, and the capability to monitor performance and conduct regular sales reporting.
Role & Responsibilities-
- Develop and implement effective sales and leasing strategies to achieve business targets
- Monitor agent listings and ensure properties are clearly visible on property portals such as Property Finder, Bayut and Dubbizzle.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to deliver exceptional results
- Oversee the entire sales process, ensuring seamless transactions and client satisfaction
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to enhance business strategies
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports on team performance, market trends, and key metrics.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling property campaigns
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of 5 years proven experience in the Dubai commercial real estate market.
- Strong background in commercial sales
- Demonstrated leadership skills with at least 2 years in a managerial/supervisory role
- Presentable with excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets in a competitive market
- In-depth knowledge of Dubai real estate laws, regulations, and market trends
