We are looking for Secondary Property Consultants in Dubai as general and those also who are covering (The Vally, Ranches, Damac hills and town Square Areas ets).

This role focuses on secondary market (resale and leasing) properties, including identifying suitable listings, conducting property viewings, and advising clients on market conditions, pricing, and investment opportunities. The consultant will handle client inquiries, maintain ongoing communication, and deliver high-quality customer service throughout the transaction process.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Consulting and Real Estate skills, including understanding of secondary market transactions and local property regulations.
• Relevant experience in Dubai real estate or a similar property market is highly beneficial, along with familiarity with CRM tools and basic MS Office applications.
• A valid UAE driving license and access to transportation are preferred, as is fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Previous experience in brokerage, property consulting, or a related field, and a commitment to continuous learning and market awareness.
