Town Gate Properties is looking for ambitious and motivated Real Estate Brokers to join our growing team in Dubai. We are looking for individuals with strong communication and sales skills, a passion for real estate, and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with buying, selling, and renting properties.
• Generate and manage new leads and business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Conduct property viewings and meetings.
• Follow up with clients and provide professional real estate advice.
• Source new properties and listings for sale and rent.
• Stay updated on the Dubai real estate market, including new projects and investment opportunities.
• Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets.
• Requirements:
• Previous real estate experience in Dubai is preferred, but motivated candidates with strong sales skills are also welcome.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
• Ambitious, professional, and target-driven personality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is an advantage.
