Role Overview:We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Associate Project Manager to support project planning, stakeholder coordination, governance, and delivery tracking across technology and business initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Support project planning, scheduling, and execution activities.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to track deliverables, dependencies, and action items.Prepare project status reports, dashboards, meeting minutes, and executive updates.Maintain project documentation, trackers, RAID logs, and governance artifacts.Facilitate stakeholder communication and follow-ups to ensure timely execution of tasks.Assist in resource planning, project reporting, and operational governance.Support leadership with calendar management, meeting coordination, and action tracking where required.Drive process adherence and continuous improvement initiatives.Required Skills:1+ year of experience in Project Coordination, PMO, Executive Support, Operations, or similar roles.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and collaboration tools.Ability to manage priorities, follow through on actions, and work in a fast-paced environment.Preferred:Exposure to Agile or project delivery environments.Experience in reporting, governance, recruitment coordination, or executive support functions.Knowledge of Jira, Figrma, trello, or similar project management tools is an advantage.
