Role Overview - EIR Operations This is a chance to work directly with the leadership on key operations excellence projects. Our goal is to have the best customer experience in the travel Industry and this role will help build the foundation. You will operate at the intersection of strategy and execution, analysing data, identifying gaps and directly driving improvements.
