Real Estate Broker**

Town Gate Properties is looking for ambitious and motivated Real Estate Brokers to join our growing team in Dubai. We are looking for individuals with strong communication and sales skills, a passion for real estate, and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Assist clients with buying, selling, and renting properties.
- Generate and manage new leads and business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Conduct property viewings and meetings.
- Follow up with clients and provide professional real estate advice.
- Source new properties and listings for sale and rent.
- Stay updated on the Dubai real estate market, including new projects and investment opportunities.
- Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets.
- Requirements:
- Previous real estate experience in Dubai is preferred, but motivated candidates with strong sales skills are also welcome.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
- Ambitious, professional, and target-driven personality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is an advantage.
