**About the Role**

We’re building cutting-edge AI products in healthcare and are looking for a hands-on Data Scientist who thrives in fast-paced environments. You’ll work across computer vision, time-series, and miRNA/tabular data, owning problems end-to-end — from research to production.

If you enjoy turning messy real-world data into deployable AI systems and shipping quickly, this role is for you.

**What You’ll Do**

Own and build end-to-end ML/DL pipelines for:
1.Medical imaging (microscopy, urine sediment analysis)

2.Blood glucose prediction & continuous monitoring

3.miRNA-based cancer detection

Work across multiple data modalities:
1.Images (CV models like YOLO, ResNet)

2.Time-series (forecasting, sequential modeling)

3.Tabular biomedical data (e.g., miRNA expression using XGBoost, CatBoost, MLPs)

Mentor junior data scientists and data science interns when required.
Rapidly prototype, test, and iterate — balancing research depth with execution speed.
Optimize models for real-world constraints (latency, compute, deployment environments).
Take ideas from research papers to production — quickly implementing and adapting state-of-the-art approaches.
Build deployable, scalable AI systems (not just notebooks).
Collaborate closely with global teams (including Japan) and contribute to product direction.
Handle data end-to-end: preprocessing, validation, annotation, and database integration.

**What We’re Looking For**

3+ years of experience in Data Science / ML / Deep Learning.
Strong hands-on experience in at least two of the following:
1. Computer Vision

2. Time-Series Modeling

3. Tabular ML (especially biomedical or high-dimensional data like miRNA)

Solid experience with Python + ML/DL frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow).
Experience building production-ready models (not just experiments).
Ability to quickly understand new domains, test ideas, and deliver results.
Comfortable reading and implementing top-tier research (CVPR, NeurIPS, ECCV, etc.).
Strong ownership mindset — you take responsibility for outcomes, not just tasks.

**Must Have**

Experience with Docker and cloud (AWS EC2, S3).
Experience building LLM applications, RAG pipelines, AI agents, or workflow automation systems is preferred.
Experience optimizing models for edge devices or real-time systems.
Contributions to research papers, patents, or open-source projects.
