You won’t just “manage production”—you’ll own the entire audio experience

- Lead a squad of producers & audio leads like a pro
- Work with voice artists, sound engineers, studios & internal teams to bring stories to life
- Experiment with Gen AI + new production workflows (this is big for us)
- Discover and validate new voices for AI-led production
- Oversee everything: recording → editing → mixing → publishing
- Make sure every show hits high-quality, binge-worthy standards
- Dive into performance data and figure out what makes listeners stay hooked
- Collaborate with content & product teams to scale smarter, not harder
- Mentor creative talent and push the bar on storytelling quality
- Help plan budgets and optimize production without killing creativity


**What You Bring to the Table**

- 8+ years in audio / media / content production
- Fluent in Hindi + strong English communication
- Deep understanding of audio production workflows
- Bonus points if you’re already playing around with AI in production
- Experience managing teams, studios, and talent
- Strong project management skills (you get things DONE)
- You thrive in chaos, speed, and constant iteration
