Job Title: **Service Manager – EV Dealership**
Location: **Udaipur**
Department: Service / After-Sales
Reporting To: Dealer Principal / General Manager
Salary: 25-35k

Job Summary
We are hiring a Service Manager to handle after-sales operations of an EV dealership. The role includes managing workshop operations, leading the service team, ensuring timely repairs, and maintaining high customer satisfaction as per manufacturer standards.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily workshop operations and ensure timely service and repairs
Supervise service advisors, technicians, and support staff
Train team on EV systems, battery handling, and safety protocols
Handle customer queries and resolve service issues
Monitor EV diagnostics including battery, motor, charging system, and electronics
Coordinate with spare parts team for availability
Prepare service reports and track performance metrics
Maintain service quality, SOPs, and safety standards

Key Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering
5 to 10 years of experience in automobile service operations
2 to 3 years of team handling or managerial experience

Key Skills
Knowledge of EV and automotive systems
Team management and leadership
Technical and diagnostic skills
Customer handling and problem solving
Inventory management

Preferred Experience
Experience in EV servicing
Experience in dealership service centers
EV certification or training is an advantage
