**Role Overview:**

We are looking for a Business Development Executive with experience selling recruitment, HR, or AI-driven SaaS products to:
- Organizations
- Industries & Startups
- Recruitment Agencies

**Your Responsibilities:**

- Generate leads and close deals with HR teams, startups, and agencies.
- Achieve monthly targets of a minimum of 10–12 clients
- Represent TalentReviewAI and demonstrate its AI-powered features to potentialclientse.nts

**What We’re Looking For:**

- Proven experience in sales of HRTech, recruitment, or similar software
- Strong understandingorganisationalonal hiring needs
- Ability to work remotely in the UAE
- Own visa preferred

**Salary: Commission-based: 40% of each successfully closed client**
