**What you’ll do:**

- Support business groups as their HR business partner, providing guidance and consultation to managers and employees on HR programs, practices, and policies.

- Manage complex, specialised, and sensitive employee relations cases with objectivity and integrity, including recommending outcomes and actions based on investigation findings.

- Support multiple HR programs in partnership with Talent Attraction, Total Rewards, and Talent Success.

- Actively engage with team members at the ground level to gauge sentiment, identify emerging concerns, and foster a culture of open communication and continuous feedback.ck

- Contribute to key Centres of Excellence for the organisation, with a focus on Onboarding and Employee Benefits, driving consistency, efficiency, and employee experience.

- In partnership withthe  HR Data Analyst, create and analyse HR reports to inform strategic decision-making and problem-solving

- Maintain employee records across systems to ensure consistency and data integrity.

- Support company-wide Talent Services leaders and initiatives as neede. needed 

**What you’ll bring:**

- 2+ years of experience as an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner

- Willingness to work in the 1:00 PM-10:00 PM IST shift

- Passion to grow your HR craft through continuous learning, curiosity and commitment to change

- Strong working knowledge of key employment laws and regulations

- Exceptional verbal and written skills and relentless attention to detail
