## Description

We picture you as an In-House Counsel with a solid background in law and a strong interest in regulatory matters. Working closely with business owners and the Head of Legal, you handle both routine and complex legal questions, managing day-to-day tasks while contributing to more challenging legal topics.

**👉 What you'll do**

- Interpret and ensure adherence to laws, regulations, and policies relevant to the crypto/fintech sector.r

- Research relevant legal regulations (financial, hardware production, data protection, cybersecurity, etc.) mainly within the EU, and cooperate on research with external advisors from other jurisdictions.

- Advice on the legal aspects of new features, product launches and business strategy. Guidance on legal matters across the company, including contractual, regulatory, and employment issues.

- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, ensuring legal and commercial risks are minimised

- Stay abreast of legislative changes in the EEA, UK, and USA that could impact company operations.

**💪 About you**

- Have at least 3yearsr of experience in a legal role, preferably in financial regulation or other regulatory field (law firm or an in-house position)

- Familiarity witthe h CZ and EU regulatory environment

- Demonstrated ability to interpret complex legal documents and provide clear, actionable advice

- Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating legal concepts to non-legal personnel

- Ability to work independently on multiple projects with tight deadlines

- Experience in conducting legal research and staying current with evolving legal trends

- Proficient in using technology and legal research tools
