## Description
**About the job**

- Prepare, maintain, and analyse sales reports using advanced Excel functions
- Develop and update dashboards and reports, with Power BI as an added advantage
- Support the sales team by providing timely and accurate data and reports
- Manage, organise, and archive sales-related documents and records
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather required information for reporting
- Assist in tracking sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics
Generate ad-hoc reports as requested by management
- Maintain a structured database of clients, leads, and sales activities
- Monitor and report on sales trends, opportunities, and potential risks
- Support the preparation of presentations for meetings and management reviews
- Assist in invoice tracking, order processing, and basic sales operations tasks
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings and follow-ups
- Continuously improve reporting processes and documentation workflows


**Job Requirements**

- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
- One to three years of relevant experience in sales administration or reporting roles
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of Power BI is a strong advantage
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Active, energetic, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
