We are a fast-growing online forex broker looking for a Business Development Manager to expand our presence across the Middle East and North Africa region. 

The ideal candidate brings Forex / Financial Service or related industry experience and an active portfolio of brokers willing to move.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Acquire new partners across the MENA region (Introducing Brokers, affiliates, and white-label partners) and provide support to grow their businesses and client bases. 
- Focus on expanding the company’s presence in key MENA markets, driving new deposits, trading volumes, and active client acquisition. 
- Identify and pursue business opportunities within the region, implementing strategies to strengthen market penetration and regional visibility. 
- Build and maintain a strong network of partners, industry contacts, and potential clients to mmaximisebusiness growth. 
- Collaborate with internal teams to establish localised resources such as payment solutions, marketing initiatives, and platform support tailored to the region. 
- Meet or exceed regional business targets by prospecting, negotiating, and closing deals that contribute directly to revenue and client growth. 
- Ensure strong partner relationships through consistent communication, prompt issue resolution, and ongoing performance support. 
- Provide management with insights on MENA market trends, competitor activities, and client preferences to support strategic decisions. 
- Represent the company at regional industry events, expos, and conferences to enhance brand awareness and identify new opportunities. 
- Ensure all activities within the MENA region align with company policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical business standards. 


**Requirements**

- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager 
Demonstrated success managing an existing portfolio of partnerships or clients. 
- Strong knowledge of MENA market dynamics, business culture, and regulatory environments. 
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills. 
- Fluency in Arabic is essential; English fluency is required. 
- Strong working experience in the MENA region.
- Ability to work onsite (Jumeirah Lake Tower, Dubai)
