## Description
**Job Overview:**

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Technical Content Writer to create high-quality, engaging, and clear documentation and content for our products, services, and internal knowledge base. The ideal candidate will have the ability to translate complex technical concepts into easily digestible content for a variety of audiences, including customers, partners, and internal teams.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Content Creation: Write and maintain a variety of technical documentation, including user manuals, help guides, API documentation, FAQs, and knowledge base articles.
- Technical Writing  Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other subject matter experts (SMEs) to understand complex technical concepts and translate them into clear, concise content.
- Content Editing: Review and edit content for clarity, consistency, and adherence to company style guides.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with development teams, quality assurance teams, and customer support to gather insights and create relevant content.
- Content Updates: Continuously update existing documentation based on product changes, new releases, and customer feedback.

- Technical Testing: Collaborate with the technical team to test product features and write troubleshooting guides and release notes.
Quality Assurance: Ensure all content meets high-quality standards and maintains accuracy and clarity.

**Required Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, English, Journalism, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Proven experience (1+ years) as a Technical Content Writer, Technical Writer, or similar role.
Strong understanding of software development, APIs, and technical terminology.
- Proficiency in writing clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation.
- Experience with tools like Markdown, GitHub, Confluence, or similar documentation platforms.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), technical writing standards, and best practices.
- Ability to write for different types of audiences, ranging from developers to end-users.
- Excellent research, organisational, and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.

**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Experience writing content for SaaS products or software applications.
- Familiarity with Agile development practices and collaboration tools such as Jira or Trello.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python, etc.
Experience in SEO best practices and content marketing.
- The ability to create and edit multimedia content, such as videos or diagrams, is a plus.
