**🎯 What You’ll Be Doing**

Advise clients on mortgage and retail banking finance solutions
Convert inbound, marketing-qualified leads into disbursals
Coordinate with banks, underwriters, and internal teams
Maintain CRM discipline and follow-up SLAs
Close deals using a consultative, compliant sales approach

**🔍 Who This Role Is For (Minimum Criteria)**

✅ At least 1 year of UAE banking product sales experience, in:
Credit Cards
Personal Loans
Auto Loans
Mortgages
✅ Proven ability to close deals in a target-driven environment
✅ Strong English communication skills
 (Arabic / Hindi is a plus, not mandatory)
✅ Client-first, advisory mindset
🚗 UAE driving license preferred

**🚫 This Role Is NOT a Fit If:**

You have less than 1 year of UAE banking sales experience
You are currently outside the UAE
Your experience is purely backend/documentation
You’re looking for a junior or learning-only role
