This role requires a strategic thinker who can create engaging learning experiences from the ground up, aligning with company policies, practices, and emerging technology trends. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English, adept at delivering training to all levels of employees—from individual contributors to senior executives—and skilled in leveraging AI tools and technologies to enhance all aspects of learning design and delivery.
