**Overview:**

To support the HR team by managing all centralised HR, Training & Recruitment activities in Precisely. As an HR Shared Services Associate, you will be responsible for providing first-line HR support for employees of the organisation. You will bring your technical expertise in partnering with others across the globe to support and achieve critical business objectives. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on programs such as the global onboarding process, various workflow systems, global online platforms, exit formalities, and other HR functions. Additionally, you will leverage AI and automation tools to streamline HR processes, enhance data accuracy, and improve employee experience. Your experience in supporting employees and other staff will be invaluable in this role.

**What you will do:**

- Maintenance and enhancement of the HR system UKG (Onboarding activities, Offboarding activities, Life events of employees in the employee database system).
- Support employees and managers with query resolution, transaction processing and life cycle event management (e.g., transfers, promotions, employment separations, etc.).
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.
- Manage all processes and documentation related to employee life cycle data.
- Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.
- Perform periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately.
- Handle employee requests through HR ServiceDesk, emails, drop-ins, and HR calls for different time zones while ensuring professional and quality outcomes.
- Serve as an interface to the HR teams (Recruitment, Benefits, Learning), HR Business Partners, and non-HR functional departments (IT, Facilities) to appropriately and effectively resolve/escalate/facilitate the resolution of requests.
-Solicit regular feedback and proactively recommend and implement solutions to ensure processes and service levels meet and exceed expectations.
- Learn to manage and update HR chatbots for FAQs and employee self-service, ensuring accurate and empathetic responses.
- Implement AI-driven solutions and automation workflows to optimise HR operations, reduce manual effort, and enhance reporting and analytics capabilities.

**What we are looking for:**

- Degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Familiarity with HR Processes.
- Strong Excel & reporting skills
- Exposure to AI tools and automation platforms is a plus.
- Good command of written and verbal communication skills.
- Problem-solving with good learning agility.
- Ability to adapt to change and new ways of working quickly and easily.
- Willingness to learn new methods, procedures, or techniques.
