## Description
**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Manager-DevOps to lead and grow our DevOps function. The ideal candidate will have 12–15 years of hands-on experience in DevOps, cloud platforms, and team leadership. This role requires a balance of technical expertise, operational oversight, and strategic planning, with a strong focus on multi-cloud environments, automation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Operational Oversight**

Oversee the management of Kubernetes clusters across AWS, Azure, and GCP, ensuring high availability and optimal performance.
Monitor and maintain key subsystems such as Keycloak, Elasticsearch, Istio, Kafka, Redis, microservices, Argo Workflows, and Flowabl.e
Lead incident management and response efforts, ensuring timely resolution and minimal downtime.

**Development & Automation**

- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines to streamline and automate software deployment
- Manage infrastructure as code using Kustomize, Helm Charts, and other IaC tools for scalable and reproducible environments.
- Develop automation scriptsoptimisemize routine DevOps operations and improve efficiency.

**Strategic Planning**

- Define and implement a multi-cloud strategy aligned with business objectives.s
- Monitorcloud utilisationn and implement cost optimisation measures without impacting performance.
- Evaluate emerging tools, frameworks, and practices to ensure the organisation stays ahead technologically.

**Collaboration & Communication**

- Collaborate closely with development, QA, and product teams to ensure alignment on goals, timelines, and priorities.
- Act as a key point of contact for stakeholder communication, providing updates on progress, risks, and improvement opportuniti.es
 

**Qualifications & Skills**

- 12–15 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud, or Infrastructure Engineering with at least 4–5 years in a leadership role
- Proven expertise in managing Kubernetes clusters and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). 
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Keycloak, Elasticsearch, Istio, Kafka, Redis, CI/CD, Argo Workflows, and Flowable
- Experience with IaC tools such as Helm, Kustomize, Terraform, or equivalent
Solid scripting and automation experience (Python, Bash, or similar)
- Strong problem-solving and incident management skills
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities
