**Key Responsibilities:**

1. Demonstrate clarity and understanding of colour palettes, typography, and layout principles
2. Ideate proactively on product creation and continuous optimisation
3. Collaborate effectively with the team to develop new project approaches
4. Utilise a wide range of media and graphic design software proficiently
5. Establish creative direction for the company in alignment with brand guidelines
6. Define voice and messaging for graphic design deliverables
7. Accept and apply constructive feedback positively
8. Stay updated with the latest design trends and industry practices
9. Conceptualise, design, and produce ebooks, infographics, illustrations, brand assets, annual reports, presentations, company reports, newsletters, factsheets, and brochures.
