You will work on features end-to-end, helping build the foundation of our next-generation SaaS platform that makes compliance simple and powerful for our global customers. With AI capabilities becoming core to our products, you'll have the opportunity to work on AI-enabled features alongside traditional software development. This includes building integration layers that connect AI to our existing applications, developing new AI-powered features, and working across our product portfolio. **What You'll Do** - Develop full-stack features using Node.js, Python and React - Build integration layers that connect AI capabilities to existing applications - Work on MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers and other AI integration patterns - Create APIs and services that expose application features for AI consumption - Develop React components for AI-enhanced user experiences - Implement security, authentication, and authorisation for AI features - Build audit logging and observability for AI workflows - Work with AWS services and containerised deployments Required Qualifications **Tech Stack** **Core**: Node.js, React, TypeScript, AWS, MSSQL, Docker, CI/CD. You will start with projects like building MCP servers for our Policy Manager product and expand to other AI features and products as you grow.
