**About the Role**

Hiring for an AI startup building advanced voice technology. Looking for a Technical Support Engineer to help customers use their platform and solve any technical problems they run into. You will be the link between customers and the engineering team.

**What You Will Do**

- Help customers integrate our technology into their own systems.

- Investigate and solve technical issues by looking at logs and data.

- Explain complex technical fixes in simple language to our users.

- Create simple "how-to" guides and documentation.

- Work closely with our developers to help improve the product based on user feedback.

**What We Are Looking For**

- You understand how APIs and web technologies work.

- You are great at solving problems and don't give up until a fix is found.

- You can communicate clearly and helpfully.

- You have experience in technical support or a similar role at a software company.
